Processing Time
All orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Our oracle decks ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note:

Processing time includes preparation and fulfillment prior to shipment.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We use USPS calculated shipping rates at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on:

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Street Priestess is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted by USPS.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

Street Priestess is not responsible for lost packages.

Additional shipping fees will apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Street Priestess is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@thestreetpriestess.com within 5 days of delivery and include:
